Q1. Why should I drink filtered water?
A. To be healthy drink 8 Glasses of Filtered water a day. Filtered Tap Water decreases the acidic level in your drinking water, which allows your body to absorb the water more.
Q2. What is Amazing Waters PH Level?
A. When using an Amazing Water Filter, the PH Level has been tested to be 7.5 (GOOD AKALINE STATE)
Q3. What is Alkaline Water?
A. Alkaline water is a ph level of 7 or higher. It promotes better blood circulation, eliminating acidic waste helping the body heal itself.
Q4. How often should I change my filter?
A. Based on standard use, change your filter 3 times a year
Q5. How much is a new Filter?
A. $65inc GST (Delivered + Installed)
Q6. If I have my own water cooler unit and only want to buy the new Bottle and Filter how much is it.
A. New Bottle + Filter = $77 Inc GST (Delivered + Installed)
Q7. Can I pay out my contract early, and is there any benefit?
A. Yes you can pay your contract out early, please contact the head office on 1800 505 380 to talk with a customer service manager to arrange a payout amount. Depending on the term a discount can be arranged.
Q8. Do I have a Warranty?
A. Yes, each customer when they sign with Amazing Water received a 3 year warranty covering the compressor in your unit. As long as your service plan is maintained with a filter change every four months.
Q9. Do you have shorter payment plans?
A. Yes, Please contact Customer Service on 1800 505 380. There is a 12 and 24 Months Plan.
